The objective is to acquire Real Estate for the nonprofit organization in order to establish a self-sustaining revenue stream. Rather than relying solely on annual donations, the idea is to leverage Real Estate investments that continuously generate funds for the nonprofit while expanding its portfolio.

To achieve this, the strategy involves engaging both companies and individuals to contribute the necessary funds for purchasing Real Estate. These generous donations will be duly acknowledged with receipts, allowing donors to claim tax deductions upfront. After a specified period, the Real Estate will be refinanced, and the donated funds will be repaid to the contributors.

This approach provides companies and individuals with both the initial tax benefits and the eventual return of their contributions. Simultaneously, the nonprofit gains valuable Real Estate assets, ensuring ongoing growth and financial stability.

The strategy aims to secure donations from both companies and individuals, with the goal of raising $200,000 for the acquisition of real estate. Donors, regardless of whether they represent a company or are individuals, will receive a receipt for their contribution. This receipt is structured to allow for potential repayment in the future. After a certain number of years, the real estate will be refinanced based on its appraised value, and the donated funds will be returned to the respective contributors. This strategic approach ensures that the acquired real estate becomes a self-sustaining asset, generating funds for the nonprofit organization. The objective is to engage both companies and individuals in supporting the cause and leave a lasting legacy through their contributions.

Wheelchair Bodybuilding, Inc. (WCBB) was founded in May 2006 as a National tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization by Nick Scott with the objective of raising funds to expand and improve opportunities for wheelchair athletes and adaptive athletes.

WCBB’s primary focus is to promote, grow, and expand the sports of wheelchair bodybuilding and adaptive bodybuilding. WCBB collaborates and partners with the NPC (National Physique Committee) and IFBB Professional League (International Federation of Body Builders), which are the premier federations in the fitness industry.
